Except as noted below, we gladly accept the return of unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise ordered from REYREINA.COM according to the below policy:
- Merchandise must be received within 30 days of shipment date.
- Merchandise must be in original condition with all tags attached.
- Merchandise must be accompanied by the return slip or packing slip with pre-paid label affixed to the original package box.

Keep in mind that if you do not use our return label, REY REINA is not responsible for any theft or loss during transport; therefore, we suggest you choose a track-able shipping service.
- If your return merchandise does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you. When your return merchandise has been accepted, please allow 14 business days (depending on peak times) for your return to be processed including items received as gifts, will be credited to the purchaser’s original form of payment for the price paid less the original shipping charges and, if applicable, pre-paid return shipping charges. Depending on your financial institution, it may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on a monthly statement.
- Merchandise marked Final Sale on REYREINA.COM is not returnable.
- Gift Cards are Final Sale and is not returnable.

If you wish to make an exchange, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. One of our Customer Care agents will help you place a replacement order that will ship for free. Please note you will be charged for the replacement merchandise and you will be refunded for your returned merchandise once received and processed by us. Unfortunately, we are unable to waive return shipping fees.
